Originally from Texas, I completed a Mastery Massage Program at The Institute of Bodywork Studies in August 2014 & became certified in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy in April 2015.

Along the way, I deepened my knowledge in barefoot massage techniques as well as myofascial techniques, corrective orthopedic manual manipulation, Anatomy Trains, prenatal massage, and traditional cupping methods.

I have operated a therapeutic massage practice in Fort Worth, TX for the last 8 years. In 2019, I lived in Washington and also operated a small practice in the Olympic Peninsula. I am now in east Aledo operating a full time private practice.

I like to study, travel the outdoors, spend time with my family, & keep up with my fitness and mobility.
