I am professionally trained and certified in two specialties: Ashiatsu Barefoot massage & Traditional Fire Cupping.  Initially, I completed my training and certification for barefoot massage through Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy , then I completed my education to the highest level with an orthopedic / myofascial approach to Ashiatsu. Approaching deep tissue massage with a focus on fascia gives you greater mobility and highly effective results with even just one session when done correctly, especially delivered by Ashiatsu.  I am certified in Contemporary Cupping Methods through the International Cupping Therapy Association which you can read more about here.

All Bodywork Sessions may include the use of heat therapy in the form of hot towels, a heat pack, and a heated table. This can be omitted upon request.
